The parade usually happens around noon, but you would have to check with the CVB for details since I am not certain about this year. I have not seen a schedule. As for Blue Santa, we will be in the parade and are working on a plan to collect toys during the parade, but we don't have permission to do that as yet. We will have a booth though, and a collection barrel at the booth.
